At ARPEG, connection and community are at the heart of how we work together. Each week, our team comes together for a short huddle designed to strengthen relationships, recognize achievements, and celebrate meaningful life moments—both big and small.
Every huddle begins with a celebration. Team members are recognized for milestones, personal accomplishments, or moments worth sharing. These celebrations are more than acknowledgements; they reflect our commitment to creating a supportive and engaged workplace culture.
When a team member is celebrated three times, the recognition extends beyond our organization. That individual selects a community organization to support, and ARPEG makes a donation in their honour. This simple practice allows our internal culture of appreciation to translate into tangible community impact.
Through this initiative, we are proud to support a range of local organizations focused on housing, youth services, environmental education, health, and animal welfare. It’s a meaningful way for our team to give back while staying connected to causes that matter to them personally.
