The Mathisen Family Private Foundation (MFPF)
About the foundation.
The Mathisen Family Private Foundation (MFPF) is a non-profit organization focused on continuing the family tradition of supporting the communities we call home
For over 60 years, Arpeg Group has positively contributed to the Salish Sea Region of BC and Washington State by offering financial assistance to deserving organizations focused in areas like health care, research, arts and culture, education, and sport. With annual funds totalling $50,000-$100,000, our foundation committee seeks opportunities to offer in-kind donations to values-based organizations furthering their work in our community.

UGM Women & Families Center
Supporting Local Communities
The Mathisen Family Private Foundation is proud to have supported the UGM Women & Families Centre in East Hastings, contributing $100,000 towards the creation of a safe and nurturing space for women and families.
This center, located at 616 E Cordova Street, offers essential services such as stabilization, recovery, and transitional housing, empowering women and mothers with babies to rebuild their lives. The center has been a beacon of hope, providing vital support to those in need. We are honored to have played a part in making this vision a reality.
