Finding a home for your whole family shouldn't be hard.

That's what guided Arne and Peggy when they started Arpeg in 1956 , and it's what still guides us. Kids are welcome. Pets are welcome. That was never a policy. It's just who we are.
A community-first approach doesn't come from a strategy deck. It comes from knowing what it feels like to need a place, and deciding to build one worth belonging to.

We’re long-term operators.
We've owned and managed our properties since 1956. We don't flip. We don't defer maintenance. We hold what we build and live with every decision we make.
That means over-investing in upkeep others skip. Hiring people who know residents by name. Saying yes to harder projects, heritage restoration, WELL certification, purpose-built rental,…when they align with what we believe.

Our community managers are neighbours, not staff.
Our community managers are on-site, every day. They organize events, handle maintenance, lead tours, and look out for the people who live here.
Some have been with Arpeg for more than 20 years. In some cases, it's a family tradition: a mother worked here, and now so does her child. They didn't take a job. They joined a community.
That continuity is not accidental. It's what happens when people feel they belong to something worth staying for.
